Him
"I can do everything
through Him Who gives me strength!" (Philippians 4:13, NIV)
Hello my dear ones in
Christ Jesus,
I would like to share with you about being in chronic pain and what
I have learned has helped me.
There are days that I get so worked up with the chronic pain that
caresses my body it effects me emotionally. That is when I think of
the word HIM (He Is Merciful); the HIM I am speaking about is the
Lord Jesus Christ. He is Faithful and patient with me when my
emotional state is at it lowest.
Chronic Pain Syndrome causes a wide range of emotions, because you
are not in control of the pain, it shows up daily like clock work.
When pain shadows me and I cannot focus on the daily tasks of my
day, I focused on HIM and The promises of His word. It is so
wonderful to focus on the One who knows me and can soothe my
emotions and my pain. He delivers His scripture promises into my
innermost being and they settle in me embracing my spirit. This has
caused me to draw even closer to my Lord God because of my "Mortal
body State of Affairs".
I have learned to depend solely on Him. There's a song that comes to
my mind, "Jesus, I'm depending on You to see me through." How true
that is, I am depending on Him to see me through every weave that
zipzaps my life, He takes hold of each weave in my life and knits it
into lace. How about you? In the midst of your "State of Affairs"
are you a HIM kind of person, relying on Christ daily? Do you show
do a dying world the Grace and Power of a Magnificent God who has
made you to become strong in your weaknesses? “My Grace is
sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” (2
Cor.12:9, NIV)
Dear Father God: Even when I am in my “State Of Affairs, You help me
daily to draw from Your Strength and Power to see beyond the
caressing pain and circumstances of life.
